How engagements work
Engagements can be structured around a single opportunity, a specific project, or ongoing support alongside an existing acquisitions, investment or development team.
Engagements may involve pressure-testing an underwriting model before capital is committed, carrying a development feasibility study from site analysis through budget and scenario work, or supporting research and diligence across an active pipeline.
