Infill Ventures is the parent platform. It does not sell services itself — it builds and holds the businesses that advise, market, develop, build and power across the built environment.
Real estate advisory, property services, development, construction and energy sit inside one organisation. Judgement formed in analysis carries through to marketing, delivery on site, and the systems that run a building afterwards.
Each business runs on its own terms, with its own leadership and accountability. What they share is a standard: precise analysis, engineering discipline, and a long view of place. Our initial geographic focus is Pakistan and the United States, with opportunities across the GCC forming part of the platform's longer-term international strategy.

Syed Hassan Zakria is Founder & Managing Partner of Infill Ventures, where he leads the group's strategy and its professional real-estate services platform.
His background spans real-estate investment, acquisitions, development and the built environment across Pakistan and the United States.
He holds a Master of Real Estate Development + Design from the University of California, Berkeley, an MSc in Structural Engineering from the University of Sheffield, and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Dr. Syed Hussain Yahya
Chief Executive Officer
Infill Properties
Dr. Syed Hussain Yahya is Chief Executive Officer of Infill Properties, the group's project marketing, sales and property services business.
A physician by training, Hussain transitioned into entrepreneurship and now leads the business's operations, growth, client relationships and commercial development.
His multidisciplinary background brings a strong focus on professional service, operational discipline and long-term client relationships.
